Coaching and Hypnosis
Congratulations on your decision to become a non-smoker!
I’m sure this decision not only comes from a desire for health and happiness, but also with at least some amount of trepidation and perhaps fear. Let me help dispel your concerns by explaining how my quit smoking program works.
I combine coaching and hypnosis to help people gain control of their habits, emotions and reactions to life situations and stress. The first session is 90-minutes, giving us ample time to discuss your thoughts, concerns and goals and to perform the hypnosis.
Hypnosis allows new, healthy reactions, beliefs and habits to enter the subconscious realm of the mind, where our automatic responses reside and are activated. I will help you reach a very deep, pleasant, healing state of relaxation during your session and also give you tools and techniques to deal with life stress and challenges. This program can also be adapted to help quit chewing tobacco and vaping.
My quit smoking program consists of 3 parts:
- Your 90-minute session, during which time many people successfully quit smoking.
- My Quit Smoking Hypnosis CD.
- 1 free refresher, if needed, within 30 days of your initial session.
Sessions can be held in my professional space or remotely from your home or office. If you choose to work with me remotely, please try to secure a quiet, private space for yourself. Headsets are recommended but not required.
From my training and over 30 years experience, I have attained a very high rate of success with my clients. I have observed over and over again how tapping into the powerful subconscious mind can help us reach our goals in a relaxing and easy manner.
